By submitting a photograph, the exhibitor (1) warrants that he or she owns the copyright of the submitted photograph and is not legally prohibited from submitting it, (2) confirms any recognizable people in the photo have given permission, and (3) agrees to allow the sponsoring rose society to display the photo in the contest and publish it in the society's newsletter, website, and social media.
